Greetings
in Jesus’ name! I hope you and yours have been well. We thank God through our
Lord Jesus Christ for the mighty things that He has been doing in our ministry
and in your lives as well. This year God gave me a word that it is your year of
ABUNDANCE, EXPANSION & GOOD SUCCESS!
One
of the great things that the Lord has done for us as a ministry is delivering
us from the bondage of rent and bringing us into our own premises at
Kiswa-Bugolobi. As a church we now have an address to call our own. As such we
have hit the ground running by organizing many events at our new building
premises on Plot 5 Erisa Road, Kiswa-Bugolobi. One of such mega events was our
recently concluded 6th year anniversary celebration that took place
on 29th June 2014. It so happens that this year’s anniversary
coincided in both day and date with the church founding in 2008. We glorify God
for our very own Ebenezer – thus far has the Lord brought us. It goes without
saying that we could not have come this far without the valuable input of our
financial partners who have relentlessly stood with us through thick and thin.

Currently
our first phase of the church construction is moving ahead smoothly because of
God’s provision through our faithful ministry partners. We were able to roof
the structure, make up to 70% of the blocks and connect electricity to the
church. We have been making our very own Interlocking Stabilized Soil Blocks
(ISSB) on site using murram and cement. This is a new building technology that
I was exposed to during my years at the University and it has now come in handy
in God’s work. Through this technology we are able to build walls that cost us
about 60% of the conventional wall cost. We surely need wisdom in the Body of
Christ to become even better stewards of God’s resources. However we are yet to
purchase and install windows and doors for the church, so we still need a hand
from you. We are also planning to construct offices and stores for the church
in the land towards the back of the church.
God
has laid upon my heart an extremely ambitious vision. I received this
revelation in a dream where I heard God’s voice say that we shall have 13,000
disciples and shall raise $3 million (three million U.S. Dollars – equivalent
of 7.5 billion Uganda Shillings) for the gospel. The more I have prayed about
the 13,000 disciples revelation, I have come to realize that we shall need to
build a church sanctuary that will be able to accommodate all these people at a
go. God has raised the standard for our ministry! We know that the vision shall
surely come to pass. To make this easier to recall we have called it the 3-13
vision.
Habakkuk
2:2-3
(2) And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the
vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.
(3) For the vision is yet for an appointed time,
but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it;
because it will surely come, it will not tarry.
We
are steadily progressing towards our 3-13 vision through organizing
evangelistic crusades at home in Uganda and missions abroad. We are planning on
having a mission to Kenya and Rwanda very soon.
Our
church has a target of planting other branches of W.A.C. in this nation and
internationally and taking the gospel to as many people as we can. We also plan
to consolidate our presence in Kiswa on the land God gave us. We can only
achieve this vision by God’s grace as we work hand in hand with faithful
financial partners who will send us out into the harvest field.
Some
of the specific targets of W.A.C. include:
- Completion of phase 1 of the construction of
the church building with offices
- Church planting
- Television ministry involving purchase of
cameras and TV time
- Radio ministry on FM involving purchase of
Radio air time
- FM Radio station establishment
- Setting up regular schools and Bible Schools
We
also believe God to purchase evangelistic equipment that includes:
- Sound System
- Lights
- Bus
- Truck
- Platform
- Generator
We
desire to add value to each of our partners. We always keep our partners in
prayer. We also endeavor to provide every one of our partners with the best
sermons and Christian movies for their spiritual development. Every partner is
entitled to receive a movie/sermon of the month through our treasury
department. Do not forget to ask for it. We also thank every partner who was
able to join us for the Prophetic Partners Dinner in April.
We
have had a few changes within our church treasury department. Our current head
of Treasury Department is Mr. Julius Atukunda (0705864524) and he is being
assisted by Ms. Esther Nakiranda (0703809927) and Ms. Faridah Nakyazze (0784110228).

Thank
you for standing with us from the inception of the ministry to date! Your
contribution does make a BIG difference. May the POWER TO GET WEALTH abundantly
rest upon your life as you choose to partner with the establishment of His
covenant (Deut 8:18). I surely believe that each of our partners shall become a
landlord (of shopping malls) and employer/business owner in Jesus’ name!
